These terms govern permitted use of mcnedraprojectadvisory.ca to the extent lawfully accepted. A signed engagement agreement governs professional services and prevails over conflicting website statements. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy; acceptance of these terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

An accepted written proposal or engagement agreement establishes the scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, exclusions and payment terms. Amounts are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Mandatory charges and material pricing conditions must be clearly disclosed; a disclaimer does not authorize hidden fees.
Prospective prices may change, but website updates do not alter an accepted agreement. Additional services and changes require authorization under that agreement. Consumer protections concerning advertising and estimates remain applicable.
Submitting an enquiry, sending documents or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create a professional engagement. Services begin when an engagement has been accepted by authorized parties and its commencement conditions have been satisfied. Until then, responsibility for protecting project, financing and legal deadlines remains with the prospective client, subject to duties imposed by law.
McNedra Project Management Advisory provides independent advisory services within the agreed scope. Regulated architectural, engineering and other professional services must be provided by appropriately qualified and authorized professionals. Advisory involvement does not itself transfer responsibility for construction methods, trade supervision, site safety or daily operations from the parties responsible under contract and law.
Municipal authorities control permit decisions and approval requirements. Approval dates, construction schedules, final costs, investment returns and warranty outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless a specific lawful commitment is expressly accepted in writing. Quality reviews are limited to the agreed scope and accessible conditions; they do not assure that every concealed defect will be identified. These limitations do not excuse failure to perform agreed services to the required standard.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and your authority to provide it. You retain ownership of submitted materials and authorize only the handling reasonably necessary to assess your request or perform agreed services, subject to privacy law and any separate agreement.

Alberta law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections available to the visitor. Disputes may be brought before competent courts in Calgary, Alberta, without removing access to another forum required by law.
Revisions apply prospectively, with notice and acceptance where required. They do not amend existing engagements. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
